Fireside Dining (Empire Canyon Lodge, Deer Valley)
Deer Valley Resort's Fireside Dining at Empire Canyon Lodge is a unique European Alps inspired dining experience, just minutes from all Village at Empire Pass accommodations. Fireside Dining opens for the 2008-2009 season on Thursday, December 11, then serves dinner every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings during the ski season, from 6 P.M. to 9 P.M. Full bar, wine and beer selections, and wine pairings for each course are available. Reservations are highly recommended.

Grocery ~ Cafe (Deer Valley Plaza, Snow Park base area)
New this season is the Deer Valley Grocery~Café, located in the Deer Valley Plaza building in the Snow Park area. Open daily from 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Deer Valley Grocery~Café serves on-site and to-go fresh baked pastries, specialty coffee drinks, soups, chilies, stews, salads, paninis, homemade breads and other bakery items as well as specially prepared take-away entrees. The Mariposa (Silver Lake Lodge, Deer Valley)
Rated #1 in the Zagat Restaurant Guide, The Mariposa is Deer Valley Resort's premier dining establishment, located mid-mountain at Silver Lake Lodge. Offering a blend of classic and contemporary cuisine as well as tasting menus which include vegetarian specialties. The wine list has consistently received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and The Mariposa recently won Best Restaurant in Mountain Living’s Best of the High Country issue. Royal Street Cafe (Silver Lake Lodge)
Located at Deer Valley’s mid-mountain Silver Lake Lodge and open during the winter ski season, this restaurant features Deer Valley’s award-winning cuisine in a contemporary lodge setting. Open daily for lunch, après ski and dinner, with sit-down service from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Royal Street is a more casual Deer Valley dining experience with great menu options such as Caesar Salad and Deer Valley’s signature Turkey Chili, Vermont Cheddar Cheese Burger, and House Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich. Seafood Buffet (Snow Park Lodge)
Located at the base of Deer Valley Resort, a ten minute drive from Empire Pass, the Seafood Buffet is a favorite of locals and travelers. The Zagat Restaurant Guide lists the Seafood Buffet in ‘America’s Top Restaurants.’ Seafood Buffet offers a vast array of fresh seafood, including sushi, chilled shellfish, hot seafood appetizers and entrées, along with grilled fowl, pasta and prime rib, plus fabulous homemade desserts. Cena Ristorante & Lounge at the Chateaux
The Chateaux at Silver Lake is excited to announce Cena Ristorante, a casual and family-friendly Italian style restaurant.
